I absolutely love this magnesium supplements I have noticed I’m sleeping better then ever, also have way more energy then I have had in a long time. I have already recommended these to a family member and she too is now taking them. I would highly recommend these.
Has stopped muscle cramps and helps with sleep I highly recommended this product I wish I could get them easier in Australia.

These have been helping me sleep better but there was a random yellow gummy bear in my bottle. So quality control is an issue.
This is exactly what I needed. In less than a month I am sleeping better, longer and I feel like my brain is functioning better, not as many lost words.

Love these vitamins. I really appreciate gummies than the need to swallow another pill. These are not 'a candy' like many available in the market. Also, having multiple magnesium types makes these a winner!
