HOW TO TAKE AEON?

It's advised you take AEON with a full meal for best absorption. Recent research has seen great results with administration around noon.

A full dose is considered 2 capsules, that can be taken together or split AM/PM.

Potency, and Heavy Metal testing is conducted on finished product by Twin Arbor Labs in Paso Robles, California; an independent GLP compliant laboratory, accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. HOW DID YOU CHOOSE THE DOSAGE?

The exact dosage of each compound in our formula is determined by our laboratory team, and based on the latest clinical research. They look at both the effective therapeutic dose, as well as what your body is actually able to effectively absorb.

Inclusion of some compounds is also weighted against possible side effects or negative interaction with other drugs. We aim to create the safest formula, that can also be safely taken by the largest amount of people.

CAN I TAKE AEON™ INDEFINITELY?

Yes, our capsules are intended to be taken indefinitely as a dietary supplement. AEON is most effective when used daily over an extended period of time.

HOW DOES THE NEW AEON 3.0 VERSION COMPARE TO THE OLDER 2.0 VERSION?

The 3.0 is head and shoulders above the previous version. All the ingredients are encased in a Liposomal delivery matrix (phospholipids) that bypasses stomach acids. This as well as the addition of Piperine increases absorption by 300-500% (especially of Resveratrol).

The B vitamins aid in absorption/methylation, and are considered co-factors of compounds like TMG and NR. We added TMG, and Spermidine to the new 3.0 formulation (which aligns more closely to the anti-aging protocol suggested by research in the field of gerontology and longevity).

Based on current research the medical board decided to pull these ingredients (CoQ10, Curcumin, Collagen, Crocin) from version 2.0  since they considered the dosing suboptimal, while adding TMG and Spermidine adheres more closely to the recommended anti-aging protocol. In addition Piperine was added to increase absorption and a 80/20 proprietary blend of Mono/Riboside were created to form Nicotinamide Duo™.

You would have noticed that we also got rid of less desirable fillers and binders that used to be contained in AEON 2.0. Silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate has now been removed from the new AEON 3.0 formulation.

The new formula focuses on activating longevity genes (SIRT1, FOXO’s), and fighting senescent cells, more effectively. The dosages have been adjusted based on the new higher absorption rates, and best/latest research.

WHY DID THE NEW AEON 3.0 FORMULATION CAUSE FLUSHING INITIALLY AND HAS THIS NOW BEEN RECTIFIED?

Initially we used Niacin (vitamin B3) to bind our trademarked Mono/Riboside proprietary blend to form Nicotinamide Duo™. We added it because it has incredible cholesterol lowering properties (lowers LDL, and raises HDL).

However, due to a number of people experiencing the discomfort of flushing, the medical board has voted to remove the B vitamin (Niacin) responsible.

IS 500 MILLIGRAMS TOO LOW/HIGH A SERVING FOR NICOTINAMIDE DUO™ (MONO/RIBOSIDE BLEND)?

500mg is a sufficient daily serving. The serving size of 500mg DUO™ per day is supported by multiple published human clinical studies. This serving size is clinically shown to increase Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) levels in people and maintain those elevated NAD+ levels with continued daily use. 

However, you can safely double your dose to 1,000mg of Nicotinamide DUO™ (4 capsules per day) if you so choose.

WHAT MAKES AEON™ WORTH THE COST?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A TARIFF OR TAX WHEN RECEIVING AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?

Yes.
International shipments may be subject to import VAT, duties, taxes, and courier handling or brokerage fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country.

We ship international orders Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning we do not pre-pay any import taxes or duties on behalf of the customer. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the courier or local customs authority prior to delivery.

Please note that couriers such as UPS may apply additional brokerage or handling fees, which are determined by local regulations and courier policies and are not always known in advance. These charges are outside of our control.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs rules and import regulations vary by country and can change without notice. As an international retailer, it is not possible for us to monitor or advise on the specific import requirements of every destination.

For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to familiarise themselves with their local customs regulations and to take responsibility for any import taxes, duties, or clearance requirements that may apply.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refunds for international orders will only be considered if the shipment does not reach the customer due to carrier error or loss. In such cases, a replacement or refund may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns when a customer refuses to pay required import taxes, duties, or courier handling fees.

This is because:

  • Couriers such as UPS often require us to pay the import charges on the customer’s behalf before returning goods to the UK

  • Additional return shipping and handling fees are typically applied

  • These combined costs frequently exceed the value of the order

For this reason, refused shipments cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING

International delivery typically takes 5–7 business days and is fully tracked.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and UPS; however, neither we nor the courier have control over how long customs authorities may take to process or release a shipment. This can result in deliveries arriving earlier or later than expected.

SHIPPING COSTS & TRACKED DELIVERY

We make every effort to absorb as much of the international shipping cost as possible in order to keep shipping fees fair and competitive.

International shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and local regulations. Some countries legally require shipments to be tracked and signed for, which increases costs.

While untracked shipping may be cheaper, we do not offer this option. We believe tracked delivery provides a significantly better customer experience and avoids frustration caused by lost or delayed parcels.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE)

We ship to the United Arab Emirates; however, specific regulations apply.

Royal Mail – PO Box Required

When using Royal Mail, a PO Box is mandatory. This is a requirement of the UAE postal service. If a PO Box is not provided, the shipment may fail customs clearance and be returned to us.

UPS – No PO Box Required

UPS does not require a PO Box, as it does not rely on the local postal service. We therefore use UPS for UAE shipments where a PO Box is not available.

However, UPS shipping to the region is significantly more expensive. For example, shipping a single bottle of supplements to countries such as Saudi Arabia can cost us approximately £32, although multiple items can often be shipped for the same rate and are therefore more cost-effective.

To reflect these costs, our shipping rates to the UAE have been adjusted accordingly.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? IS THERE STILL A WAY FOR ME TO BUY FROM YOU?

It may surprise you, but the answer is a resounding YES. Our products can be shipped to any part of the globe, even if we don't personally ship to your country for whatever reason.

So how is this possible? There are companies that specialise in obtaining products for customers that cannot otherwise be obtained. The specialist company will buy the products from us here in the UK on behalf of the customer and have it shipped to their warehouse address in the UK and from there they will ship it on to the customer's address in whatever country they reside.

IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO THE UK GUARANTEED?

We make use of Royal Mail for delivery. Next day delivery is possible. 

Note: Next-day delivery depends on the time of day your order is placed. Orders submitted after the daily cut-off (13:00), may not qualify for next-day service and could instead arrive the following day. 

Please note that weekend service is not available for our Next Day delivery option. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not reach the shipper until Tuesday by 13:00. This is because Royal Mail does not operate on Sundays, and parcels can only be dispatched on Monday morning.

Orders placed before 09:00 on Saturday may be posted the same day and could arrive on Sunday, but Sunday delivery is not guaranteed.

We offer free shipping for purchases over £40 via Royal Mail first class signed for (2 - 4 business days) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (2 - 4 business days) depending on your preference. For purchases under £40 we charge a £2.99 shipping fee. 2 business days is more the norm, but on the side of caution we stipulate between 2 - 4 business days.

Should you wish for next day delivery, it will come at a cost of £4.99.
