Refund policy
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import fees and is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding all shipping costs, return fees, and any charges incurred.
If the parcel is not returned to us and is instead destroyed or abandoned by the courier or customs authority, no refund will be issued.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to try our product, and if you're not satisfied we will issue you a full refund.*
*We do not offer returns on wholesale or "year supply" orders unless they are damaged or otherwise unusable. It is advised not to purchase more than one bottle until you are certain our product is right for you. If you purchase 1–2 bottles of any of our products and do not like them for any reason, we will cover the return.
Subscription Refunds
If you are on a subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first 30 days after you receive your first order, not to subsequent deliveries.
Import Duties & Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Returns
To start a return, please contact us at support@perpetualife.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as supplements), custom products, and personal care goods.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, year supply, or wholesale items unless they arrive damaged or unusable.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
