So far so good. I am sleeping through the night, and not crashing during the day. That is a real positive so far, looking forward to continued positive benefits as time goes on.
Barely through a bottle, so it's a little early to see results. So far, so good though.
Things I’ve noticed sense take this product 1. Less joint pain 2. My skin looks healthy 3. My training recovery seems quicker This is the only thing I’ve added that is different so I would want to think that this is what my body has been missing!!!!
So far, it’s a good product. It gives me energy. I understand that I need to take this supplement for about 4 months in order to see the benefits. It helps with my mid afternoon crash.

I like that this provides the amount studied at a competitive cost. Some other brands give you half as much for a bloated price, others use fancy bottles and packaging when I'd rather my hard earned wages not go to wasteful eye candy for a supplement I buy every month. Some brands also include GI irritants such as carrageenan which cause me inflammation. Crossing my fingers that this brand lasts. I've been avoiding purchasing from companies that overcharge and I've also been burned by buying false Urolithin A or having a bait and switch where suddenly a product no longer contained Urolithin A due to the litigious nature of a key player in the field yet did not notify subscribers that their formula no longer contained the actual ingredient effectively charging me for something I never intended on purchasing. so for my experiences with this product have been good. It is hard to quantify or "feel" results with UA so there are no physical or other effects that I can report on.
